Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns Process:

1. If possible, report the issue directly to the courier's delivery representative before accepting the package. They will guide you through their complaint process.

2. Should you have already accepted the package, document the damage by taking photos and contact the courier's local office to file a formal complaint. They will have a procedure in place for you to seek compensation.

3. Promptly get in touch with us, providing your order number and detailed information or images of the issue with the damaged items. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf.

4. After the courier validates the claim, they will compensate us, and we will pass on this compensation to you. The compensation amount can vary depending on the case and the courier's policies. In some instances, you may be required to cover the shipping costs to return the damaged item to us so that we can replace it with a new one.


Warranty Exceptions and Important Information:

1. The warranty does not cover any degradation of the product caused by normal wear and tear, or damage sustained during use. These are the customer's responsibility.

2. If a product is damaged or misused by the customer, the warranty becomes void immediately. In such cases, no compensation will be offered. However, customers are still welcome to contact us for the purchase of replacement items or spare parts, if available. We will charge the full price for the components and any shipping fees required to deliver them.

3. All returns require prior authorization from our support team. Refunds will only be processed after the item has been returned to the address provided by our staff. If a customer returns a package without authorization, sends it to an incorrect address, returns an incorrect item, or sends an empty box, no compensation will be provided for these actions.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color or design, please indicate your preference when requesting a return.
